LifeArts:  Create Your Best Life

 

LifeArts:  Create Your Best Life is a free lecture series that will give you tips and strategies to improve and enhance your Life!  The monthly lecture series will be held on the second Monday of the month beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Montrose Library Conference Room.  LifeArts is a collaborative effort between Center for Mental Health, Montrose Memorial Hospital, Montrose Regional Library and Volunteers of America.

 

The first lecture, on February 9^th , will be Setting Life Goals given by Jed Kovach, LCSW, Program Supervisor and Therapist with The Center for mental Health.  Jed’s a dynamic and entertaining speaker who will bring the subject of goal-setting to life in a way that will motivate you to, not just set goals to improve your life, but to achieve those goals.
